Advanced ultra- and nanofiltration technologies SEPART^®

SEPART ® ultrafiltration technology came about as the result of collaboration between Jurby WaterTech International(Great Britain) and IMT (Holland). It incorporates: Membrane modules Engineering solutions (design and production) Equipment Installation and commissioning Service
Ultrafiltration is used in various processes of water treatment and wastewater treatment. Fields of application: Heat power industry Pre-treatment for softening and deep desalinationsystems. Food industry Ultrafiltration is used for removal of bacteria and virusesas pre-treatment for reverse osmosis plants. Municipal water supply Ultrafiltration is used for removal of suspended solids,bacteria (Legionella, Cryptosporidium) and viruses. Wastewater treatment Additional treatment after biological reactors to removebacteria and viruses.
Advantages of ultrafiltration Simple and compact design. Membrane durability. High chemical resistance and temperature tolerancefor effective membrane cleaning. High removal efficiency of bacteria and viruses withoutuse of chemicals – treated water will be completelydisinfected. Low power consumption.

 

SEPART UF technology is based on integratedpressurized elements, fully equipped withhousings and end-caps. With provenelement design, each individual element shouldbe mounted vertically in a rack; although elementdesign to retrofit existing installations may be alsoaddressed. The fiber used is a unique fiber, made of modified PES. Theoperating mode is from inside-out.
