Ultrafiltration is used in various processes of water treatment and wastewater treatment. Fields of application:

  • Heat power industry
    Pre-treatment for softening and deep desalinationsystems.
  • Food industry
    Ultrafiltration is used for removal of bacteria and virusesas pre-treatment for reverse osmosis plants.
  • Municipal water supply
    Ultrafiltration is used for removal of suspended solids,bacteria (Legionella, Cryptosporidium) and viruses.
  • Wastewater treatment
    Additional treatment after biological reactors to removebacteria and viruses.

SEPART UF technology is based on integratedpressurized elements, fully equipped withhousings and end-caps. With provenelement design, each individual element shouldbe mounted vertically in a rack; although elementdesign to retrofit existing installations may be alsoaddressed. The fiber used is a unique fiber, made of modified PES. Theoperating mode is from inside-out.
