Opening of Winter Olympics at Jurby WaterTech International
17.02.2010
While the whole world was preparing for opening of the Winter Olympic Games 2010 in Vancouver, the employees of the international company, Jurby WaterTech International, "tried strength" in the improvised winter events held in the open air. The improvised Olympics or, better said, Jurbiada started with the sleigh relay race: team speed competitions and slalom. After that, all eight teams of Jurby took part in the accuracy competition. Jurbiada ended with the contest on making a snowman. Treating to the soldier's porridge cooked in the real mobile field kitchen trailer, hot tea and mulled wine out of doors marked the closing of the Winter Jurbiada.
