Three phases of shipment and installation works under Dugino project (1650 m3/h water treatment complex) are closed

The international engineering company, Jurby WaterTech International, completed three of four shipment and installation phases of the project for supply of a high-power water treatment complex intended for preparation of drinking water at the purification and treatment facilities of the water pipeline complex Dugino (Rostov-on-Don, Russia). The equipment designed for Phases I, II and III is delivered to the construction site. This equipment was installed by the Service and Commissioning Division of Jurby WaterTech International.

 Jurby WaterTech International is engaged in performance of a full range of works. The technical specialists of the company’s in-house Design Office elaborated and prepared the design documentation; the assembly of this water treatment complex is coming to an end at the Jurby WaterTech International’s manufacturing facilities. The works on installation, commissioning and start-up of a 1650 m3/h water treatment complex will also be executed by the corresponding Jurby WaterTech International’s divisions. 


At full sea, sea water enters the reservoir which supplies Rostov-on-Don city with drinking water. The water treatment complex designed by Jurby WaterTech International will be used for the desalination of sea water. This water treatment complex is only a part of the global project, “Complex Program of Construction and Reconstruction of Water-Supply and Water Disposal Objects in Rostov-on-Don and South-West of Rostov Region”. The city of Rostov-on-Don consumes 360 thousand cubic metres of water per day.
